Terms of use
ClaimVetta is operated by LIALICHEV VLADYSLAV, an individual entrepreneur / sole proprietor registered in Ukraine.
English is the canonical version of these Terms. Other language versions are provided for convenience unless applicable law requires otherwise. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version applies to the extent permitted by law.
Agreement and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of ClaimVetta and form an agreement between you and the ClaimVetta operator. By creating or accessing a Case, using the Service, or purchasing a ClaimVetta product, you agree to the version presented to you. Paddle's Buyer Terms separately govern your purchase transaction with Paddle. The Privacy Notice and Refund & Withdrawal Policy are incorporated where they apply.

What ClaimVetta provides
ClaimVetta is self-service AI software that helps organise the facts and evidence you provide, locate and present potentially relevant sources, identify possible warranty or consumer-remedy routes, and prepare draft correspondence for your review. ClaimVetta does not diagnose, maintain or repair devices; submit claims; contact or negotiate with sellers; provide a human review or expert network; or act as a law firm, lawyer, representative or regulated adviser.
Guest access, accounts and security
You may initially access a Case through a private browser session or a case-access link. Purchases may be associated with the email supplied at checkout, and account access may use time-limited magic links. Keep your device, email account, session cookies and access links secure; do not share them with an unauthorised person. Notify ClaimVetta promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Clearing browser data before linking or recovering an account may prevent access to a guest Case. You are responsible for activity carried out through credentials under your control, except to the extent caused by ClaimVetta or otherwise provided by mandatory law.
Limited software licence and ClaimVetta rights
Subject to these Terms, ClaimVetta grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own legitimate consumer matter or internal business purpose. ClaimVetta and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, branding, software, interface, workflows and other materials, excluding User Content and third-party materials. No right is granted to sell, sublicense, copy the software, or create a competing dataset or service from it.
Permitted use of Output
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may review, edit, copy, download and send Output for the legitimate Case for which it was generated. Output may not be unique, and ClaimVetta does not promise that intellectual-property rights arise in it or transfer any rights in quoted or linked third-party material. Do not present Output as an official decision, professional advice, or a statement written or approved by ClaimVetta, a lawyer, a regulator, a seller or a manufacturer.
Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you hold in User Content. You grant ClaimVetta a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, copy, transmit, analyse and otherwise process User Content only as needed to operate, secure and maintain the Service, provide support, comply with law and enforce these Terms, including through service providers described in the Privacy Notice. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to submit the material. Do not upload information obtained unlawfully, content that infringes another person's rights, or unnecessary sensitive information about another person. Redact unrelated personal data where practical.
Acceptable use
You must use ClaimVetta lawfully and in good faith. You must not use or attempt to use the Service to:
- create a false claim, fabricate or alter evidence, impersonate another person, conceal material facts, or facilitate fraud, deception or payment abuse;
- infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights, or access, submit or expose data without authorisation;
- harass, threaten, defame or unlawfully discriminate against another person, or generate content that facilitates harm or illegal conduct;
- upload malware or harmful code, probe or defeat security, interfere with the Service, evade access controls, or use another person's credentials;
- scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, decompile, benchmark for a competing service, automate access outside an authorised interface, or overload or circumvent technical, usage or budget limits;
- resell, sublicense, transfer or commercially exploit access, an Entitlement or the Service, or use it to provide an undisclosed human legal, claims-management or repair service.
AI and source limitations
The Service uses automated systems, including third-party AI services. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inapplicable to your location or facts. Sources, seller policies and laws can change or be unavailable. Confidence labels and source links are aids, not guarantees. No professional-client, lawyer-client, fiduciary or representative relationship is created, and no refund, repair, replacement, successful claim or other outcome is guaranteed. Output describes possible contacts and source information; it does not establish legal entitlement, liability, the validity of a claim or an enforceable deadline.
Your decision
Before relying on or sending any Output, you must review and correct the facts, names, recipients, dates, deadlines, requested remedy, attachments, citations and wording. You decide whether and how to use it and remain responsible for communications and submissions you make. Obtain advice from a qualified professional where the matter is high-value, complex, urgent, disputed, involves court or regulator proceedings, or where missing a deadline may materially affect your rights.
One-time purchases through Paddle
Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for ClaimVetta purchases. You purchase the product from Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms; Paddle processes the order and payment, calculates and displays applicable taxes, sends the transaction receipt and processes monetary refunds. ClaimVetta supplies and supports the software. ClaimVetta products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. Before submitting payment, Paddle Checkout displays the selected product, quantity and final total and lets you review or correct the order. Access is activated only after ClaimVetta's server receives a valid confirmation of the Paddle transaction.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Case-analysis Entitlements and delivery
The product description and checkout state how many Case analyses are included. Each Entitlement is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, is not stored value, and may be allocated to one Case only. An unused Entitlement does not expire merely because time passes while the Service remains offered. Allocation to a Case consumes it, including when the Case starts automatically after a confirmed purchase. It is not restored if you delete that Case. Cases with a started analysis have no fixed storage expiry while the Service is offered; unstarted cases are deleted after 90 days. Session expiry is separate from case storage: sign in with the purchase email to restore access to account-linked cases. Each allocated Case includes only the number of analysis and follow-up runs shown for the purchased product and enforced by the Service. Refunds, reversals and payment disputes may suspend or remove associated Entitlements as described in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
Refunds, withdrawal and mandatory rights
ClaimVetta offers a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days after purchase, including used analyses. Submit your request through the withdrawal form in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy, email ClaimVetta or contact Paddle. ClaimVetta approves refunds under its offer and arranges processing through Paddle. This offer is additional to statutory withdrawal and remedies for a faulty, unavailable or misdescribed product or service; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Support and complaints
Contact ClaimVetta through the Contact page for Case access, Service operation, a material product defect or a formal complaint. Include the Case ID or Paddle transaction ID where available, but never send full card details, security codes, passwords or online-banking credentials. ClaimVetta aims to send an initial response within the published support period. Use Paddle Buyer Support for charges, receipts and monetary refunds.
Service availability
ClaimVetta may maintain, secure, update, correct or change the Service and may temporarily interrupt features. ClaimVetta does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes will not intentionally remove the core benefit of an already-purchased unused Entitlement without a reasonable opportunity to use it or an appropriate remedy through Paddle where required. ClaimVetta may discontinue the Service on reasonable notice where practical; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
ClaimVetta may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful or prohibited use, fraud, material or repeated breach, payment dispute or reversal, legal requirement, or risk to users, Paddle or the Service. Where appropriate and legally permitted, ClaimVetta will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy a curable breach. Immediate action may be taken where delay could cause harm or compromise an investigation. Termination does not remove accrued mandatory rights. Unused paid Entitlements will not be forfeited solely for convenience; their treatment following breach, discontinuation or refund is subject to applicable law and the relevant Paddle process.
Digital-service conformity
Where mandatory consumer law requires the Service to conform to its description, be supplied with reasonable care or provide specific remedies for failure to supply, those requirements apply. Contact ClaimVetta promptly with enough information to investigate. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, an available remedy may include correction, repeat performance, replacement access, price reduction, termination or a refund processed by Paddle.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and Output are provided on an as-available basis without promises beyond the express product description and these Terms. ClaimVetta does not warrant that every relevant source, policy or legal route will be found, that Output will be accepted by any third party, or that using it will achieve a particular result. This paragraph does not exclude any warranty, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. For Consumers, ClaimVetta remains responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by its breach to the extent required by law, but not for loss caused by inaccurate information you supplied, your failure to review Output, or use outside the stated purpose. For Business users only, to the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimVetta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, and aggregate liability connected with an affected purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a Consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the country where you habitually reside or prevent you from using any court or dispute process available under applicable law. Consumers and ClaimVetta should first try to resolve a complaint through the Contact page. For Business users, the competent courts of Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a lawful collective or class remedy.
Changes to these Terms
ClaimVetta may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, operational or product reasons. The current effective date appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, account or email where appropriate, and fresh acceptance will be requested where required. Changes do not reduce accrued mandatory rights.
General provisions
These Terms, together with the incorporated ClaimVetta policies, form the agreement concerning the Service; Paddle's Buyer Terms govern the separate purchase transaction. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply and the affected provision is limited only as necessary. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer your Service access or Entitlements. ClaimVetta may transfer this agreement as part of a genuine business reorganisation or transfer of the Service if this does not reduce mandatory rights. Notices may be delivered through the Service, the email associated with your account or the Contact page.
